  • Leading Negotiation Teams for International negotiations for over 10 major acquisitions
  • Contract Consultants to the Department of Administrative Services for an 8 year period
  • Undertaking AusAid programs to solve procurement problems in countries in the South Pacific region
  • CTS led the project team which formed contracts for a range of fuels worth more than $30million. Benchmarking demonstrated significant price advantage compared with similar contracts. CTS trained ETSA staff and led market research development of strategies, negotiation and contract formalisation
  • CTS was principal advisor in the acquisition of a $125 million period arrangement for coal haulage. Our roles included strategy development, risk management, whole of life evaluation and significant high level negotiation. This resulted in significant cost and risk reduction and whole of life benefits
  • Contract Management. CTS led the acquisition of a$12 million capital equipment fleet. Tasks included strategy development, risk management, whole of life evaluation and contract formation. Outcome:  what is thought to be the most beneficial arrangement in Australia with the world’s leading equipment supplier; it has delivered significant cost and whole of life benefits, risk reduction and a long term relationship based on a formal strategic alliance.
