A long term arrangement where CTS analysed Mobil’s Australian Refining system.
- Leigh Creek Coalfield
CTS project manages an ongoing project to improve inventory which has delivered stock reduction of 75% and an increase in customer service levels.
- Fiji Government Supplies
CTS undertook an inventory optimisation program of the Government Stores function and inventory training of senior staff and operational staff (hands-on, skills sharing).
- ETSA
CTS conducted a Best Practice audit of ETSA’s major stores function resulting in reduction in inventory of $60million, major service improvements, and changes to systems and processes.
- Boral (SAGASCO)
CTS established customers service levels.
- Xerox
CTS undertook an inventory review of spare parts management and customer service levels resulting in a restructuring of the system and significant improvements.
- Taylor Ferguson (Inchcape)
As part of a profit improvement project, CTS undertook an inventory optimisation program; active stock levels increased, inventory reduced by more than 50%.
- Post and Telecom (PNG)

- KTM (Malaysian Railways)
