Consultants have had significant hands-on experience at  operational and management levels, are qualified, and have had significant experience as educators & trainers.

  • placing CTS procurement staff on-site to develop contracts and transfer skills to the customer’s staff
  • placing CTS procurement staff on-site to manage the customer’s procurement and supply function including the supervision of the customer’s staff
  • project managing one-off procurement assignments
  • working off-site to prepare tendering and contract documentation
  • assisting tender evaluation teams
  • advising customers regarding best practice

Key Achievements

Key Achievements include having:

  • managed the total procurement function for Adelaide’s 5 largest metropolitan councils, including contract management (over 10 contracts established)
  • managed ETSA’s Corporate Procurement for 6 months until a new manager was appointed
  • project managed major inventory reduction programmes for a liquor distributor, coal mine, construction authority, & railway
  • provided the Department of Childrens’ Services with a Contract Manager who led major procurement projects and advised management on major acquisitions
  • managed the inventory function, off-site, for a large coal mine in a remote location
