Who is CTS?

CTS is a management consultancy firm which offers a comprehensive range of services in Procurement, Contracting, Logistics Management, Purchasing, Inventory and Supply Management.

CTS, incorporating John S. Dawson and Associates, was formed in 1984 and has worked throughout the South-east Asia Pacific region and in all states and territories of Australia providing advice direct to Clients on strategic matters.

The business services we offer are divided into three portfolios:

Consulting

  • The provision of expert advice and opinion
  • The conducting of audits, reviews and research
  • The development of policies, procedures and system
 

Training

  • The definition of skill gaps and needs; competency assessments
  • The development of training programmes
  • The provision of training - classroom, one-on-one, and applied project training with personal coaching
 

Support Services

  • The provision of hands-on experts to support an organsation’s personnel in strategic and complex contracts and major supply functions
  • The management of either complex procurements/contracts or specific line functions
  • The provision of expert systems and facilities.
